Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
(Time estimate does not include processing time on standard shipping)
COVID-19
While we are as committed as ever to being a part of healthy and active lifestyles, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take 10 days to receive.
No Refund/ Exchange Only
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at theruggedroseatl@yahoo.com
If you receive a product that is non-defective and the trying it on the item malfunctions The Rugged Rose ATL is not responsible for any rips or tares in the seams. No refund will be given, nor exchanges. Please see our size chart for your correct size.
