The skirt has the dainty little frilly little thingys on the side that gives it a unique flair. And it also zips in the back which I love! The waist has great stretch. Its tagged a size 12. Measurements are 15in.-18in. Hips are 22in. No stretch in the hip area but with 44in. there is some room there.
