The ptp is a 24in. The shoulder to hem is 17in. with the jacket and 29in. if we're including the foxtails. Such a headturner! I cant even begin to explain how wonderful this piece is!!! So I'd go tight black bodysuit, tons of gold jewels, and rock her open. And maybe some white slacks or white jean shorts and black or white cowboy boots. Idk.
